You can now review proposed merges in batch with side-by-side diff. Undo any merge for 30 days. Designed by Camille after watching 14 customer-success calls where the old flow forced one record at a time.

CRM forecast snapshots
Snapshots are now locked automatically at end of quarter and exposed in the Reports app for variance tracking. Locked snapshots can't be edited but can be cloned for projection scenarios.

Live segments
Segments are queries, not files. They re-evaluate continuously so customers who upgrade at 14:32 are excluded from the trial-expiry email at 14:33.
Customer-managed keys (BYOK)
Enterprise customers can now bring their own AWS KMS, GCP KMS or HSM-backed keys. Revoke access in seconds; we lose access too.
