Can I use just one app?+
Yes. Every Tracket app stands alone. You can start with CRM and add Books, Helpdesk or Projects later — your data carries over because it's the same Atlas graph. Most Indian customers start with Books + CRM. Most Canadian customers start with CRM + Helpdesk.
Is GST included for Indian customers?+
Listed prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is applied on the invoice for Indian customers. We provide a tax invoice with our GSTIN (24AAJCT8842G1ZX) for Input Tax Credit.
Is HST/GST included for Canadian customers?+
CAD prices are exclusive of HST/GST. The applicable provincial tax is added at checkout (HST 13% for Ontario, GST 5% + PST 7% for BC, etc.). Our HST # is 798452310 RT0001.
Is there a free trial?+
30 days, no credit card, full Professional features. Solo is free forever for 1 user, no time limit.
How does billing work?+
Monthly or annual, charged per active seat. Annual saves 20%. You can change plan or seat-count any time and we prorate to the day. India: UPI, Net Banking, RuPay, credit cards. Canada: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac, ACH.
Do you offer non-profit / startup pricing?+
Yes — 50% off Standard for verified non-profits in both countries. 12-month free Pro plan for Indian startups under ₹5 Cr ARR (DPIIT-recognised) and Canadian startups under CAD $5M ARR.
Where is my data stored?+
India workspaces in Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1) by default. Canadian workspaces in Toronto (AWS ca-central-1). Enterprise plans get region-locked storage and customer-managed keys. Cross-border replication is opt-in only.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Monthly cancels immediately, annual cancels at the end of the term. We export everything you've put in to CSV + JSON on request, no questions asked.
Will you migrate me from Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks?+
Yes — migration is free on annual Professional and Enterprise plans. Our Surat team handles Tally and Zoho migrations; our Toronto team handles QuickBooks and FreshBooks. Average migration takes 2–8 weeks depending on data volume.
