Founded in Surat
Aarav Patel and Priya Shah, two engineers from L. D. College of Engineering, leave their roles at TCS Surat to build a unified CRM + accounting tool for the local diamond and textile traders. Bootstrapped with ₹14 lakh of personal savings.
First 1,000 customers
CRM v1 ships in March. Most of our first thousand customers are textile mills, diamond brokers and CAs in Surat, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We add Hindi and Gujarati interface support in October.
GST + e-Invoicing
We ship full GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and IRN-aware invoicing during the first lockdown. The team grows to 38 — all in Surat. Vivek Desai joins as Chief Product Officer.

Led by Blume Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from angel investors from the Indian SaaS community. Used to ship Books, Desk, People and Projects in 12 months.
Toronto office opens
James MacDonald joins from a Canadian SMB-software firm to lead our North American expansion. We launch CRA-compliant Canadian Books and start serving Canadian SMBs from Q3.
Profitable. 10,000 paying companies.
Tracket turns profitable. Customer count crosses 10,000 across India and Canada. Helpdesk and Manufacturing apps launch.
HRMS + Payroll for India
Tracket People and Payroll ship with full PF, ESIC, professional tax and TDS support. Available in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.

Led by Accel India with participation from international growth investors. 60-app catalogue announced. Surat HQ moves to Diamond Heritage on the Athwa skyline.
